Top: Lavender & Hibiscus: They use hibiscus and lavender flowers grown in Mexico City
Heart: Clove, black pepper & cinnamon: They use 3 different spices frequently used in Mexican cuisine
Base: Caramelized pineapple & ancho chili: They personally caramelize the pineapple to obtain notes of caramel and piloncillo. They de-vein the chili to give a mild spiciness to our liqueur.
